Saddle-up and muster at Sullivan Creek Ranch where you will meet up at the Rockin’ M Chuckwagon for an authentic cowboy dinner! Our Akaushi beef takes center stage as Chef Jeffrey Mueller prepares a rustic 5-star meal right in front of you over open flames and in cast iron cookware. You will wonder how he did all of it out of a chuckwagon! This unique dinner experience is exclusive to Sullivan Creek Ranch. We want to transport you to life on a “big outfit” so that you can see and feel what it would be like to be part of a cowboy crew and eat out on a gather.

We are offering 3 dinner nights in 2024 and only 20 guests a night for this intimate gathering for people who have a love of outstanding beef, enjoy the serenity of the outdoors, and appreciate the American cowboy spirit. Your meal will include a ‘mustering’ reception at the Trading Post upon arrival. Then, we will transport you out on the trail to meet up with the wagon that will be at a different location on the ranch for each meal. So, buy your tickets for one or all three!
